Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dream Your Design (the “Service”), available at dreamyour.design, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dream Your Design LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

Dream Your Design is an AI-powered platform that allows users to describe residential home layouts using natural language and receive computer-generated 2D floor plan concepts and rough cost estimates. The Service is offered via subscription tiers including Free, Homeowner, Developer, and Contractor plans.

The Service does not produce:

• Stamped or sealed architectural or engineering drawings
• Construction documents suitable for building permits
• Engineered structural, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing plans
• Professional opinions from licensed architects or engineers

Under Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1051, the practice of architecture requires licensure. Dream Your Design LLC is not a licensed architectural or engineering firm. Always consult a licensed architect or engineer before beginning any construction project.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Plans and pricing are as described on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Dream Your Design LLC. You own the outputs generated through your use of the Service, subject to these Terms. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display your inputs and outputs for the purpose of operating the Service. You may not use Service outputs to train competing AI models.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Represent AI-generated outputs as the work of a licensed architect or engineer
• Submit AI-generated outputs to any permitting authority without independent professional review
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DREAM YOUR DESIGN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON SERVICE OUTPUTS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Your Design LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or use of any Service output in connection with any construction activity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
