  • Usage data: features used, plans generated

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following service providers who help us operate the Service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Anthropic — AI processing for floor plan generation
  • Cloudflare — security and content delivery

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

5. AI Processing Disclosure

When you use the floor plan generator, your text inputs and voice transcripts are sent to Anthropic’s AI systems for processing. This is governed by Anthropic’s privacy policy in addition to ours. We recommend you do not include sensitive personal information such as your home address or financial details in your floor plan descriptions.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Encrypted database storage via Supabase
  • Row-level security controls
  • DDoS protection via Cloudflare

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may update your account information at any time through account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below. You may opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in any email.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
